Vardhaman Polyextrusion was incorporated in 2001 as a manufacturing and supplying company, providing a huge assortment of different types of pipes. The products cater to the needs of various industries which include agriculture, construction and many more. Our range of products receives positive reception for their salient features including resistance from corrosion, leak proof, simple installation and durability. The company has acquired the beneficial expertise in offering its products in tailored options, on basis of our clients¡¦ specific requirements. Continuous and substantial growth in our production capacity ensures that we successfully meet the bulk demands effectively. Research & Development
We have a separate Research & Development department that makes sure that we design and develop the products strictly in conformity to the latest market demands. The department has all the required facilities such as R&D equipment and tools to carry out extensive research work and analyze the information/results. All these facilities are managed by an efficient team of well trained R&D personnel who conduct various researches and analyze them to recommend methods to enhance and innovate our products.

Manufacturing Unit And Production Capacity
The company possesses a manufacturing unit which covers a total plot area of 8400 square feet. At the time of our inception, this area was only 4200 square feet and has been gradually increased to enhance the overall productivity. The unit has an installed capacity of 3960 MT. Different machines incorporated in our manufacturing unit includes following:
  • Rigid PVC Pipe twin screw extruder machine of Windsor Make
  • Rigid PVC Pipe twin screw extruder machine of Kolsite Make
  • HDPE Pipe Extruder Machine of Kolsite Make
  • Suction Hose Pipe Extruder of Shakti Make
The manufacturing unit has rapidly increased in production capacity from time to time. A brief of this is as follows:
  • 360 MT in 2001
  • 1800 MT in 2003
  • 3000 MT in 2005
  • 3000 MT to 4000 MT Presently
