This is a new Company, which has been floated (an old wine in a new bottle) to better serve the customers. The parent Company – VARDHMAN APPLIANCES (P) LTD., Estd. In 1986 is now focused on the development of new products and processes. A new and modern Fabrication unit has been established at I.M.T. Manesar for the purpose. We are established and registered suppliers to the Ministry of Defence, National Fertilizers Ltd., Border Security Force, Ordnance Factories and other reputed business houses viz. M/s DLF Laing O’Rourke, Sanden Vikas (I) Ltd., EEL India Ltd., HPL Socomec, Standard Electricals (Havell’s Group), Enexco Technologies Ltd., Acme Tele Power Ltd. M/s Vardhman Appliances (P) Ltd. is a concern managed by technocrat Mr. Mahipall Jain, B.Tech (Mech.), I.I.T. Kanpur having a rich and varied experience in the construction projects and manufacturing, fabrication activities.

We are in the process of upgrading the fabrication facilities. Very soon CNC Laser Cutting and Turret Punch Press Machine will be installed to cater to the manufacture of Precision Fabricated items supplemented by NC Brake Press 120T and NC Shearing Machine. For the purpose a new facility has been established at I.M.T. Manesar, Gurgaon. It would be complemented with an in-house drawing and design group, Fabrication of S.S. and Aluminium products. Also EOT crane of 5T Capacity is being Commissioned shortly for handling of larger and heavier assemblies.
