Cold Rolling is a process by which the Sheet Metal or Strip Stock is introduced between Rollers, and then compressed and squeezed. The amount of strain introduced determines the hardness and other material properties of the finished product.
Cold Rolling occurs with the metal is treated below its re-crystallization temperature, which increases the strength (via Strain Hardening) by up to 20%, and enables tighter tolerances. The process also renders dimensional accuracy and surface finish to products, making them optimal for a vast variety of applications.
But even a product made of the most durable material will defeat its purpose if it does match other specifications. A product with the finest finish will not work for the client if it is not of the precise design and dimensions required.
And therein lies the USP of Varia Cold Rolling: state-of-the-tech Cold Rolling solutions backed by precise designs, optimal production technologies and processes, cutting-edge human expertise and meticulous quality management.
