The Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Vikram Singh is an young energetic and result oriented postgraduate in Law, DLL and Personal Management. He is a dynamic, dashing, self motivated, committed and hard working person. In the beginning he served as a HR Head in private organizations. From 1997 to 1999, he was working as a Consultant for various multinational companies. In 1999 he has started Security as well as Facility Management. The Security business started by his father who is an Ex Defence Officer, having only 500 personnel at that time. On seeing his son's business talent and enthusiasm, he had handed over the business to him. Mr. Vikram Singh took over the growing business from 500 personnel to 7000 personnel. Thereafter he has established the Varsed Group of Companies. In 2007, he was awarded "Man of the Year" for best business sphere by Governor of Haryana, Dr. A.R. Kidwai at New Delhi.

 

Again he have got another Best Business Sphere award of 2008-09 from Dr. Farooq Abdullah, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, & Mr. G.V.G Krishna Murthy, Former Election Commissioner, Govt, of India.

The international standards maintained and followed by Varsed resulted in the company becoming the first ISO - 9002 certified security services company in India. Even today Varsed is the only organization in India with an ISO - 9002certification for Security services training. Varsed firmly believes that its people are its assets the candidates have to undergo various tests in order to obtain requisite clearances :

Qualifications : Only matriculates with the ability to read and write English and Hindi documentation are recruited.

Age : The candidate has to be above 21 years of age and below 48 years of age in order to ensure maturity as well as physical competence.

Physical fitness : Recruited candidates have to meet certain minimum physical requirements related to height (5'7"), weight (58 kgs). Competent doctors carry out a thorough medical examination in order to ensure fitness of the candidate to undergo the rigours of the job.

Antecedent Verification : Our recruitment cell carries out antecedent verification of candidates both independently as well as through the police department and only those with an impeccable record are selected.

IQ and presence of mind : The shortlisted candidates have to sit for rigorous IQ tests before recruitment. Presence of mind is also one of our testing parameters.
