Infrastructure
Our plant is situated at Waluj, industrial zone of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) India. The facilities available with our various departments include Forge Shop, Die Shop, Cutting Department, Tool Room, Physical Testing, Composition Testing, Heat treatment, Inspection and Testing, Metallurgy Lab, Weigh Bridge and Spectro Testing and CNC Machine Shop. Our product range includes Connecting Rods, Shafts, Gears, Cam Shaft and Valves Body-Bonnet etc.
VFL has integrated high quality equipments, well experienced engineers, well trained technicians and even when needed, on site operators to enhance R & D activities and this makes VFL to support current production technology and improve manufacturing process, which are critical to meet the demands of tomorrow.

The products that we manufacture today or are being planned for the future will still be setting 'industry best' standards for many years to come. We have an In-House Research and Development Lab which constantly strives towards innovative techniques of Forgings and new component Manufacturing. Also the Design and Development department manipulates the data from the R & D Lab to utilize it for better product design to match rapidly upgrading industry requirements. We also have a full fledged material testing unit which provides a 100% material testing backup used for temperature adjustment and better quality product output. All these functions and processes directly provides us confidence in total customer satisfaction.

The Corporate Office is located at a Distance of 3 Hrs. by Road from Mumbai the capital of Maharashtra, buses ply regularly from Mumbai to Pune. From Mumbai Sea Port it is Approximately 5 Hrs.
