After these tests, the finished products pass through steaming process. In addition to that they are subjected to several post treatments like exposure to light, washing and other processes before they are ready for distribution.

We have a capacious warehouse to store our printed products in a safe and sound manner. The environment of the warehouse is kept clean, moisture and termite free. It is regularly fumigated and is well ventilated in order to ensure that the area is amiable and safe for stocking the products. The products are stored in systematic manner to locate and retrieve them rapidly. We have taken care of various safety aspects to avoid and handle unfavorable and unavoidable situations. After a thorough securitization of the products, they are steam ironed and sent for packaging. The products are initially packed in poly bags as per their size. Labeling and sealing is done in order to identify the packets easily. The label contains important particulars regarding the size, colour, design, print, batch no., and other information. After that, these bags are packaged in master poly bags in accord with the order quantity.
