Electronic Enclosure We manufacture a wide range of electronic enclosures which is fabricated with a 4*4 fold profile and gives solid rigidity to the enclosure. Some of the specifications are mentioned below: Specifics
Bottom Plates: 1,6mm thick for cabling, Paint shade RAL 7032 / 7035 Some of the parts of electronic enclosure are mentioned below: Frames Frames are available with 25 mm hole pattern conforming to international standards. It also includes integrated external hole pattern. Doors The door is provided with hinges at left & right hand opening. The hinges of door provide a strong resistance against electro mechanical stresses. Bottom Plates & Top cover The bottom plates and top cover has three pieces for incoming and outgoing cables. These are powder coated in RAL 7032/RAL 7035 textured finish. Finishing Before the final painting, all the equipment go under designing, phospating, washing,passivating and further a final wash in demineralised water. Finished paint at 20o C RAL 7032/ 7035 is given for protection and greater look. Locks It has a specially designed 3 point locking system in it which allows the self centering to the doors. Earthing All the frames and doors, bottom top covers are earthed through their fittings. The models are as follows:
