We also print 4 colors on front & one color on back. It takes us 3-4 days, after the final approval for delivering the consignments. In case of emergency we can provide the customers with labels of their need within 12-24 hrs also. However for cut labels we require an extra time of 1- 2 days. 

Iron On Labels can be attached to the garment with out being stitched by just ironing the labels on the garment. These are permanent adhesives and cannot be removed after they are attached.

Vasant Labels have been granted authorization in accordance to OEKOTEX Standard 100 to use the OEKOTEX mark based on the reports 07.0.53632 for the manufacturer of printed ferment labels in satin and taffeta only a specific quality the result of the inspection made according to OEKOTEX Standard 100, product class 1 have shown the above mentioned goods meet the human ecologal requirements of the standards presently established for baby articles the certified articles fulfill the requirements of the existing european legislation regarding the use of azo dyes.

Labels made from organic cotton on thick cotton tape are made with oekotex  certified inks. Provide the utmost safety for labeling on baby products .

The foil embossed labels can be foil stamped with hot stamp foils to have an attractive looks. A combined effect of holographic foils with the print on labels allows security of the product to avoid duplication.

Our range of labels are available in various, shapes, sizes and can be cut to fine shapes to meet the requirements of the clients. We take a week’s time to print, dry and pack the consignments, once they have been finally approved from the client’s end. In case of emergency we try to deliver the product in 3-4 days.

Printed Elastic Tapes is a challenge for any printing machine as the material is not dimensionally stable. Achieving accurate register in multi colors the most difficult job or machines are capable of handling these type of jobs also.

Barcode Labels are made on taffeta tapes to ensure 100% acabbubg. These can be generated in various codes as per the requirement of the client. Similarly barcode stickers used on polylos and as carton stickers can be made in various die cut shapes .

The background colour for the barcode scan is white and the color of printing is black. However, darker shades of blue & green also serve various scan purposes. [Every barcode is checked for scanability at the start & end of the job.]
The packaging is also done as per the requirements of the clients, usually in a quantity of 500 pcs per roll. The barcode labels that we offer are of varied sizes.

Pressure sensitive adhesive Transparent Labels are generally used for polybags, as a warning sticker or an eco friendly logo on the polybag. Apart from this transparent stickers are stick on trousers to indicate sizes.

A variety of Hang Tags ranging from gloss laminated, matt laminated, thick pasted tags from 300gsm to 900 gsm and tags printed on plastic, paper materials are provided as per the design given.

We make use of quality material such as natural paper, brown board, art card, duplex board, buff card, mirror cote paper, plastic tags and ivory in the making of our paper hangtags. We offer these hangtags in many colors matching them according to PANTONE PMS shade or paper cutting / cloth cutting / any other reference to meet the requirements of the clients. These are available in varied sizes, shapes or dimensions for our customers. The thickness part of the labels is also taken care of by us. 

1. The standard size of the material is 300gsm (thickness and stiffness vary from material to material)
   
2. However if a higher thickness is required. We also paste the job to practically and thickness in 300,400,500,600,700,800 or even 1000 gsm (thickness and stiffness vary from material to material)
   
3. Materials are also available in lower thickness from 80 gms. We also arrange for a low thickness also.
   
   

The holes in the tags vary from just plain holes to rivets where the rivets can be colored

The new trend for tags in garments include printing on thick like twill cloth and after operations such as die cutting, riveting and thread are all done under roof.
