Quality control over the labels is followed in two stages one before the production by checking artwork plates, and secondly at the production stage i.e. by approving the first impression of the label which is referred by the operator from time to time.

In case of huge quantity a few labels from each roll are cut and both roll as well as cut pieces are numbered which are kept with us for about a month his helps us to check in case of a complaint, after the entire process is completed the labels are packed according to customers purchase order size, style, etc., as per the customer's requirement.
Once this third stage of checking is over labels are dispatched for delivery.

In colour matching our unit is well-equipped with an instrument called as spectro-photo meter for accurate colour matching.. This instrument measures the amount of light reflected back from a color and reproduces a graph in terms of lab. This hardware is supported by software. This software includes features like formulation which give a recipe of a given shade. Batch correction carries out correction in a shade and quality control module helps cross check the difference in standard and batch. We match most of the pan tone colors as close as delta e = 3.

After printing all labels are kept in an infrared drying oven for three hrs. This helps in curing and improves wash fastness.

Wash fastness test is carries in-house on laundrometer to match ISO 105 standards. This is equivalent to 5 home washes.
