Drive Line Power Take Off Gearbox is our Vertical Series Power Take Off Gearbox Unit. Available in both Graded Casting and MS Fabricated design, these units can be adapted to deploy 1 or 2 PTO Outputs, being operated simultaneously. They find major applications in Fire Tenders. We have separate models for LCVs, MCVs and HCVs depending upon the Truck Chassis's First Gear Torque and HP. Available Ratios are 1:1.00, 1:1.27, 1:1.33, 1:1.42 and 1:1.50 depending upon specific customer requirements. Come in both Mechanical and Pneumatic shifting arrangements. Our models use SINGLE-IN-LINE shifting in the lower part of the unit and the top gear is fixed thereby reducing the chances of Shifter Jamming and reduced sound levels.

When a separate application other than Power Take Of or Transmission is needed, these Gearboxes are used. These are specific customer requirement based designs. Available in both Graded Casting and MS Fabrication and variable ratios and shifting, they can be suited for a variety of applications.

Rotary Head Gearbox are widely used in DTH (Down the hole) Drilling Rigs.

We manufacture vide range of Side & Rear Power Take Off Gearbox. These units are directly mounted on to the Truck's main Gearbox to drive power to auxiliary application as needed.

Transfer Gearbox  Units is our Horizontal series Drive Line Power Take Off Gear Box Unit. Available in both Graded Casting and MS Fabricated designs, these gear boxes can be tailor made to suit specific customer requirements. As per applications, TGB can be adapted to deploy 1, 2, 3, or 4 nos. Power Take Off Outputs by directly mounting Hydraulic Pumps/Motors to the PTO covers provided on the gear box or by tapping power through shafts and pulley/chain sprocket. OurTransfer Gearbox various design of TGBs can handle Chassis Drive Line Power upto 230 HP. All PTO outputs can be independently engaged or disengaged. Custom Ratios can be supplied for both Step Up and Step Down applications. Available in both Mechanical and Pneumatic Gear Shifting arrangements. They find applications in DTH Bore Well Drilling Rigs, Rail Cum Road Vehicles, Road Sweepers, Swear Cleaning Machines, etc.

Transmission  gearboxes units are primarily required to convert a 2x2 chassis to a 4x4 chassis. When no PTO output application is needed and only transmission is required to be altered, these are used. Our 4x4 gearbox use 2 nos. ratios on driveline, 1:1.00 and 1:0.50 in a single unit with both Mechanical and Pneumatic shifting arrangements. Drive Line Reduction Gearboxes are widely used in road sweeping machines. We also manufacture TRANS-COMBO Gearboxes which are required when both PTO and Transmission applications are required from a single unit. These Gearbox provide Direct Mounting for Pumps/Motors or PTO Output Shafts with separate couplings for propeller shafts to be connected to front and rear axles.
