Established in the year 1990, our company is engaged in the field of manufacturing and supplying a range of diamond processing tools and grinding wheels such as center less grinding wheel, resin bond cup wheel, diamond cup wheel, resin bond dish wheel, resin bond dish
wheel, resin bond flaring cup wheel, resin bond cylindrical flat wheel, resin bond radius wheel and resin bond cup wheel.

These grinding wheels and diamond processing tools are supplied for various applications such as automotive, steel-making, aerospace, compressors and others. These can be availed in customized options as well, as per the specifications of our customers. Our company also provides maintenance service with the entire qualitative range.

Vasoya Engineering Works is establish in the early 90s to cater for the strong demand in precision manufactured diamond abrasive wheels as the latest addition to the range of quality machining products by Xpress Cut Diamond Tools. Vasoya Engineering Works draws upon the expertise and experience of specialists to manufacturer precision super abrasive product for most woodworking and precision engineering application. Together with our valued customers we have an ongoing R & D program to ensure our product are able to meet the ever increasing demand of modern
technology.

Grit Size
Course Grits cut faster but produce rougher finishes. Fine grits give much better finishes but cut slower. Grit size selection is a trade off between removal rate and finish.  When ordering this can be given in any of the following standards FEPA, US Mesh and German DIN for conversions see the table below. The wheels will be marked with the FEPA Grit designation unless otherwise requested.

Included in this catalogue is a list of standard wheel shapes that cover most applications, however if you require a different shape not listed, then our experience sales staff can always advise you. If one the other hand you are not sure which one of our comprehensive range is best suited to you then please do not hesitate to call the factory where we will be more than pleased to assist you.

Wheel Size

Diameter, thickness and style me dictated by the machine and work, bearing in mind the basic factors – shape, wheel guards, swing clearance and peripherals speed.
