Our company was a dream of Mr.Vinay Aggarwal, which came true on Dec.1997. But Dec.1997 was not the founder year of the company as VATA PAPERS LIMITED. The first stone for foundation of company was fixed many years ago in Nov.1990 in a small room of a small house namely VATA PAPER CONVERTORS. The inaugural year of that dream project is treated as the Dec. 1997. Initially, a private limited company named VATA PAPERS PRIVATE LIMITED was floated which engage to run the business of manufacturing Exercise Books and Paper stationary. Now, our company changed its status from Private Limited to Limited concern in 25th January 2005. Promoters of the Comapny The Promoter Directors of the company are: • Mr. Vinay Aggarwal (Managing. Our company offers a wide range of paper stationery products like exercise book, drawing book, notebooks, registers, computer stationery and other related items used in school, collages, offices and other professional institutions. Presently, the company is also focusing to produce international quality paper stationery products & office stationery like center stitch books, slip pads spiral books, duplicate books, pocket dairies, executive pads, STD and FAX Rolls etc.

Quality Policy: Our goal remains to constantly improve the functioning of process with in the framework of total quality program.

Our company follows the quality conscious approach, which helps us in the proper functioning of various operations of the company. We follow strict quality standards to ensure that our range of equipment meets the exact quality parameters. We conduct various quality-checking at every level of product development to assure that our clients get products as per their requirement.

The company is well equipped with all modern machines and mechanisms etc. Our manufacturing unit has the modern machinery system and mechanism, which is very new in the state of Haryana. We have good production capacity to produce quality paper stationary. Presently, we are producing 20000 to 25000 pieces per day regularly. Our main motto is to offer maximum return to clients on their investment in our products. Keeping all these into account, we have defined a set of mechanism for efficient functioning. These outlines are:

• We maintain working schedule chart on each machine.
• We maintain hourly checking of product on machine at semi finish status.
 • Working of staff is minutely noted to maintain the decorum of the unit.
• Morning and evening checking of all the working procedures.
• Daily maintenance of Raw, Finished as well as stores.
• We are regularly maintaining power factor in our unit.
 • We are also maintaining the batch nos. on our products.
• We have camera vision and announcing system in our unit to maintain the discipline in the unit. The installation & functioning of the required infrastructure is backed by an effective professional team and excellent network, which is consistently engaged in improving the functioning process at our end.

We have a dedicated team of trained professionals & technocrats, who work towards the main goal of satisfying clients needs & requirements. Out team is fully dedicated to give their best product to our valued clients and satisfying their required needs & requirements. The team believes in teamwork and therefore works jointly in the direction of satisfying our customers through our range of paper stationery products.
The company has a good marketing network area, which covers Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh (U.T) and Himachal Pradesh as distributor network setup. We are also planning to merge Rajasthan, in this connection as we are getting 15 to 20 inquiries from the all the major cities of the Rajasthan. So, we are moving forward in this regard. Apart from that, we have also received lots of export inquiries.

The company has a good marketing network area, which covers Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh (U.T) and Himachal Pradesh as distributor network setup. Apart from that, we have 10 distributors and 30 dealers in Haryana, 20 distributors and 60 dealers Punjab and one super stockiest along with 100 dealers network with him in Himachal Pradesh. Future Plans Our main motto is to grasp the national and international market in the relevant field. We are planning to market our products in Rajasthan, Uttaranchal and Jammu & Kashmir. Our company is also planning to grape the corporate clients like Banks, Insurance Companies, Multinational Companies etc. Secondly, as we have a good marketing network so we are starting the paper trading also. We are looking forward to sole distributorship of Indian paper manufacturer as well as start to import paper from other countries like China and Indonesia.
