E.T.C. range of different flocculants (polyelectrolytes) are synthetic high molecular weight water soluble Polymers based on Polyelectrolytes Acrylamide and Acrylic acid Polymers. This Polyelectolyte carry ionic charges in aqueous media, tightly bound and compact Polymer molecular starts unwinding and opening in this state, ionic charges present on polymer attract suspended fine media, results in fine getting agglomerated forming marfloc, soon marfloc form, a waste line which rapidly starts dropping as flocculation proceeds, results in heavy compacts sludges settling in lower parts of vessel and separate very clear supernatant liquid on upper side of vessel.

ETC-P25 is a high molecular weight flocculant of polyacrylamide type. It is used as clarification and filtration agent of river water, waste water and industrial water. It has wide application in process treatment of mining, metal & ceramics. Beside that it is good clarifying agent for waste water of textile, mining, pulp & paper, steel, metal and chemicals.

Our products are approved and regularly consumed for coloration of plastic granules, offset, water based, gravure, inks, paints, rubber, soaps and other industries.

Characteristic:

ETC-P25 shows good flocculation effects with a very little dosage. Effects are remarkable when ph of suspension shows neutral to alkaline.flocks formed by ETC-P25 are large and hard. Hence it gives very clear supernatant water.

Flocculated sludge by etc-p25 is dewatered by centrifugal decanter or a belt press. Excellent effects on filtering dehydration are obtained.

ETC-60J is extremely effective high molecular weight anionic polyacrylamide polymer. It is specifically designed for faster solid liquid separation in clarification. They work thickening & devaluating on bridging/bonding mechanism by their very high chain length they tie the colloidal particles and fines and form rapidly settling flocks.

 

By their anion city and electrostatic interaction and charge exchange, resulting in destabilization of the particle surface, destabilization and coagulation of large number of single particles leads to the formation of voluminous flocks, which are easy to separate from suspension.

ETP-MP is a quaternary cationlc polymer which is used for color removal for textile, dyeing industries and light color liquid from other industries.

Application:

De-coloring agent, cod-decreasing.

mainly used for color removal for dense color waste water from dye-stuffs plants, suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dye-stuffs. It can also be used to treat waste water from textile industry and dye houses, pigment industry, printing ink industry and paper industry

(Cationic polyamine base color removal - Jelly Form)

Description

ETC -90J is Poly quaternary type liquid cationic coagulants with Polyamine base. In the clarification of waste-water from Textiles, Denim, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals Oil field, Petroleum refinery, Petrochemicals and Engineering Industries, ETC -90 J is suitable replacements for metal salts such as Alum, Ferric and Ferrous Sulphate commonly used in the clarification of raw water and wastewater. ETC -90 J products also can be used as a Primary coagulant either alone or as admixture with inorganic coagulants.
