S Associates was incorporated in the year 2005 to manufacture, export and supply decomposable designer paper cup, ice cream cup, coffee mug etc. We are one of the largest manufacturers of paper products in India. The company is headed by Mr. V. Baalasanmugam who has proved his mettle with his able guidance and vast industry experience. We are an environment conscious firm and are concerned for global warming. All our paper products are absolutely safe and biodegradable, ideally using composting methods. Our paperboard cups are widely used in corporate units, where extreme care is given to the health of the employees, and in special occasions or gatherings and at public utilities. These PE coated cups are absolutely safe for use in homes as well.To support the convenient and fast production of the eco-friendly paper products we have installed latest machines at our manufacturing unit. Products
Our product galore includes premium quality Paper Cups, Designer Paper Cups and Ice Cream Cups that are perfect for serving both hot & cold beverages and food items. These are PE coated to prevent liquid from leaking out or soaking through the paper. All the products are easy to clean and do not require wash. We manufacture custom wanted designs as per client’s unique requirements. Paper-board cups are made in various sizes such as 300 ml (100z), 250 ml (80z), 210 ml (70z), 150 ml (50z), 110 ml (40z), 100 ml Ice Cream (30z) and 50 ml Ice Cream (1.6 z). Infrastructure
We own a state of the art production unit where as have installed advanced machines for producing quality paper board cups. We boast of our production capacity, which is 30 lakhs pieces per month. We have latest CAD/CAM facilities at our in-house deign unit where our professionals keep innovating new designs of cups and colour combinations. With offset print facility exquisite designs can be printed on the sidewall paper. To bring out flawless products proper attention is given during compounding process and manufacture of the paper-board cups. We use following machines in the production unit:

  • Ultrasonic Paper Cup Machine
  • Punching Machine
The machines have a digital counter, which provides ease to the operator relieving him off the burden to keep counting the number of glasses coming out of the machine at fast speed. We have all the provisions for regular maintenance of the machines.

All the cups are 100% biodegradable, ideally using composting methods. PE coating prevents the liquid from leaking out or soaking through the paper.
