Ltd. has carved a niche globally as a manufacturer, exporter and supplier of anti corrosion packaging products like volatile corrosion inhibitors also known as vapor corrosion inhibitors, protective packaging products, industrial packaging products like VCI & ferrous films and also deal in rust inhibiting chemicals and oils etc.
Under the able guidance of our mentor Mr. Vivek Virkar, we have gained a reckoning acceptance and reputation as a consistent and reliable player in global market. We have always been regarded among those who share enduring and healthy relationships with their clients.
We have steadily expanded our manufacturing space and capacity in responding to the increased demands of our products world-wide. Our assertion of being the best among our competitors is candidly supported by the turnover figure of our company which is approximately Rs 2.5 crores now. |

We offer our product range in the name of Rust-O-Pack. Our wide range of products includes VCI Ferrous Film (RC-235), VCI Non- Ferrous Film (SK-003), VCI Multi-metal Film (VV-346), Biodegradable VCI Polyfilm (SV- 436), Antistatic Film (SB- 356), Biodegradable VCI Ferrous Film (YP-558), Biodegradable VCI Non- Ferrous Film (RK-552), Biodegradable VCI Multi-metal Film (SK-236) and Biodegradable Antistatic Film (AV-556). Apart from our featured products, we also provide other anticorrosive packaging materials like Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors, Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors, VCI Film, VCI Paper, VCI Oil and Rust Inhibiting Chemicals. Services we offer
Our company Vcorr Packsys Pvt. Ltd. offers consultation services to fulfill the requirements of its clients as per their specifications, so that they could avail the facilities of effective and economic packaging solutions for anticorrosive protection of their products. Adhering to this facility we follow two vital techniques which are as follows : - Evaluation : A thorough evaluation of the customer's existing packaging methods and the related applications is carried out during this first step. Due to this, we are able to determine specific corrosion related concerns and objectives. All aspects of operations are investigated by our team, be it fabrication, handling, packaging or shipping method.
- Analysis : In this step, the metal samples are carefully analyzed with corrosion potentials by testing them in contact phase as well as vapour phase. VCI formulations are tested with each sample to determine the level of corrosion prevention.
