We process both woven and knitted fabrics. We possess a well equipped facility for execution of above processing work. We specialize in vat discharge and reactive printing on rotary and flat-bed machines.

Infrastructure

We have a state of the art infrastructure for execution of process job works in our sphere of activity. Our plant, located in Bhandup, Mumbai, India, is fully equipped for all types of printing on Rotary, Fully Automatic Flatbeds and Tables. In our dyeing section we have machines like Jiggers, CP Dyeing, Winches, Jet Dyeing etc. These have been sourced from best manufacturers. Our modern finishing section includes facilities like mercerizing, zero-zero range, decatise, 3-bowl calendar, felt calendar, schreiner calendar and four chamber hotair stenter.

We are equipped with a sophisticated in-house laboratory featuring hi-tech testing equipment and machines. Our lab enables us to perform composition and analytical tests, shrinkage analysis, color fastness tests and fabric performance and flammability tests on our fabrics. Trained and well qualified laboratory team assists with production monitoring and product development. These technicians perform incoming product checks as well as finished cloth testing.

We have an in-house artwork and screen engraving department. The artists in our studio can produce artwork in a wide range of styles and techniques and their hand drawn skills preserve the original essence and character of a design. For more complex designs, our advanced computer-aided design separation system will accurately interpret tone, shading, gradation and complicated textures. As well as bringing speed and absolute accuracy to colour separation, the CAD system makes it easier to modify designs. Our studio is well supported by our screen making department for both Rotary and flat bed printing machines.

We have a well documented archives department where records of all the designs printed in the last 45 years are maintained. Constant updation is done and a system of referencing has been evolved for easy retrieval of past records.
