Totally free from animal derivatives, plasticizers and any other potentially polluting substances, MTG Evolution preserves the natural properties of milk and by-products during transfer  operations from farm to factory in accordance with the safety approach of the EU Directives (2007/19/EC – phthalates – and 2002/72/EC – materials and articles intended to come in contact with food).  A unique solution for clean processes branded “MTG Innovative Hoses”.

Our range of beer are used in all types of commercial cleaning and disinfection products used in the food industry. These hoses are suitable for premium quality alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks and oily & fatty foodstuffs. Made from CR/NR-based rubber, the odourless and tasteless inner liner assure that the conveyed material remains absolutely unchanged.

CONSTRUCTION

TUBE:

• CR/NR-based rubber, light colour odourless and tasteless, mirror-like, smooth.
• Rubber compound conforming to FDA standards, to the German TECHNISCHE UNIVERSITAET MUENCHEM WEIHENSTEPHAN" and to the M.D. 21/03/73 and following amendments.
• Suitable for all commercial cleaning and disinfection products used in the food industry.

 

REINFORCEMENT:

• Plies of synthetic cord and embedded steel wire helix.

 

 

COVER:

• EPDM-based rubber, sparkling red, smooth, abrasion, ozone and weather resistant, cloth finish.

 

MARKING

• MTG Unifood.

TEMPERATURE RANGE

• From -30°C up to 90°C.
• Sterilisation up to 130°C for maximum time of 30 minutes.

 

SAFETY FACTOR

• ≥ 3 times working pressure.
