 | |  |  | | Fumes Hoses Hose composed by two ply of special fabric, asbestos-free, braided with a very thin wire reinforcement (V4A).
Special chemical treatment and additional coating allow the fabric excellent protection against heat. Its external steel hellix offers excellent protection to abrasion. This host is flame-proof and no toxic as silicon is not used.
Features : - Color : Grey (Red on request)
- Standard Length : 3 or 6 m
- Operating Temperature : -150°C to + 650°C (peaks of +750°C)
- Axial Compressibility : 25 % of length

Resistant to heat and temperature, these hoses are highly durable and available in different specifications. APPLICATION - Dielectric rubber hose specifically conceived for the delivery of cooling water during cooling processes of electrical transformers and frequency converters.
- Normally used in steel mills and siderurgic/metallurgic field.
- The special outer glass fiber protection withstands splashes of incandescent material and radiation heat up to +400°C.
- Dielectric strength 2 5000 V/mm.
CONSTRUCTION TUBE: - EPDM Rubber, clear colour, dielectric, smooth. (Dielectric strength 2 5000 V/mm)
REINFORCEMENT: - High resistance textile plies.
COVER: - EPDM rubber, clear colour, abrasion and ozone resistant, covered with vulcanised glass fiber.
MARKING TEMPERATURE - From -35° up to +120°C depending on media conveyed.
SAFETY FACTOR - 23 times working pressure.
FITTINGS - With pressed-in couplings, safety clamps, collars and/or other systems required by plant constructors.
