PFA Hoses Our PFA hoses which are specifically engineered to withstand dynamic stress during transfer of high purity fluids. These are superior in quality thereby these are durable, simple and demand less maintenance. These are suitable for use on filling machines and thus deliver peak performance.
Application- Universal sanitary hose designed to handle alimentary, cosmetic and pharma-chemical products.
- Specially engineered to withstand dynamic stress during transfer of high purity fluids.
- Particularly suitable for use on filling machines.
- Fluorinated, ultra smooth, inert liner of the newest generation ensuring utmost degree of impermeability and absolutely hygienic and contamination-free delivery of the medium.
Construction Tube: - PFA (Alkoxy Polymer), fully fluorinated, clear colour, smooth, mirror-like.
- No pick-up of taste and odour.
- Excellent flex-performance (resistance to repeated cycles of bending in accordance with ASTM D 2176).
- Chemical resistance ace. to MTG Chemical Chart.
- For foodstuff contact: complying with US Pharmacopeia (USP 23 Class VI) and USA Federal Drug and Cosmetic Act Title 21 P. 177.1550 (FDA).
Reinforcement :- High strength plies of synthetic cord, embedded steel wire helix and built-in copper wires to ensure the dissipation of static electricity.
Cover :- EPDM rubber, blue, smooth, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather, cloth finish.
Temperature Range - From -40°C up to +130°C (depending on product and combinations).
- Sterilisation up to +150°C for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
- In case of dynamic applications: from +10°C up to +40°C.

Food & Pharma Silicon Hoses Our range of flexible silicon hoses which are long lasting in service and are also offered at cost effective prices. These are specifically designed so as to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia and are highly resistant under vacuum conditions.
Application - Silicone suction and delivery hose designed for handling high purity products, food products and alcoholic beverage concentrated to 96%.
- Normally used in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic processes.
- Considering the critical level of application in sterile environments, the MTG Clearway hose is produced with utmost care
- Starting from the accurate selection of high-purity ingredients to the specific production and stock procedures and the final curing of the product after vulcanisation to remove any residue.
- Specifically designed to suit applications demanding reduced bending radia.
- Efficient and highly resistant under vacuum conditions.
- Autoclavable
Construction Tube: - Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless with mirror-like finish, smooth.
Reinforcement : - High resistance polyester plies.
- Built-in spiral from stainless steel AISI 304.
Cover: - Silicone rubber, translucent, food and pharmaceutical grade, odourless and tasteless. Smooth with glossy finish.
- Non-particle generating version compared to cloth finish. It can easily be cleaned with any detergents.
Temperature Range - From-60°C upto + 180°C.
- Sterilisation at +135°C with steam, at +180°C with hot air for a maximum time of 30 minutes.
Norms - Silicone complying with F.DA and European Pharmacopeia (IV Ed., P.3.13).
- Non-cytotoxic according to ISO 10993 Part 5, USP XXVI Ed.2003.

- Rubber compound complying with FDA standard, with BgVV recommendations and requirements of the German food legislation ( Cat.II) and with M.D. 21/03/73 and following amendments
- Suitable for all commercial cleaning and disinfection products used m the food industry.
Reinforcement :- Plies of synthetic cord and embedded steel helix wire.
Cover :- Synthetic rubber, green, smooth, abrasion and weather resistant, ctoth finish.
Temperature Range- From -40° up to 120°C
- Sterilisation up to 140°C for a maximum time of 30 minutes
