VECTOR – V100F UV Lamp is designed & developed for most of the stringent specifications being followed in the aerospace / aviation / automotive and other related engineering industries using fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle inspection processes. All harmful emissions of the mercury vapour arc have been eliminated and filtered through a special glass filter and being fan cooled, the lamp is maintained at relatively low temperature during continuous operation. The lamp assembly has been designed so as to be light weight for ease of operation in hand held operations. The lamp can be used with an adjustable arm attachment which can either be fitted on the MPI / FPI equipment or can be also be fitted in an independent inspection booth.The lamp may also be placed face down. The lamp is supplied with a separate choke unit. The lamp has 3 metre cable from choke to lamp assembly and the choke has a 2 metre power lead.
