About Us

Our company was established in 1994 by R.S.Bhootra who had more than 25 years of experience in Tea Bag Trade due his direct and deep association as exclusive Agent of some Pioneer companies like J.R Crompton Ltd. of UK (well known manufacture of tea bag filter paper, IMA of Itly (well known tea bag machine manufacture), tea bag cotton thread etc. Our company started contract packing of tea bag first for Lipton - for export to USSR and then for TATA TETLEY,Twinings,Goderage etc for domastic consumption. Company thereafter entered into production of spare for Tea Bag machine. Company take interest in helping new entrants in Tea Bag business with solid background in the field

Infrastructure

We have a planned factory layout having an area of 1500 sq/ft in centraly located place in kolkata(India) There are Tea Bag machine like IMA C21 for soft tag tea bags and also for heat sealed envelope bags ,CONSTANTA tea bag machine for hard tag tea bags,MAISA for single chamber tea bags.The total capacity is app.100-120 tonnes per month. We have latest CNC machine to manufacture quality part under well experienced technical person. Our labour strength is around 80-85 workers of highly skilled/semiskilled etc.
