We offer our clients a gamut of tread builder that is used for stitching the cushion gum and building the procured tread with the help of pressure, stitching and support rollers. For inching and rotating the tyre, it is provided with a Thyristor controlled drive with foot switch. Crossing the stitching rollers enables the expelling of trapped air between the casing and the tread or bonding gum. Moreover, the tread cutter is pneumatic to ensure proper cutting.

Available with us is an assortment of tread bonder that is primarily a curing chamber that is driven on steam for bonding the pre- cured treads. These tread bonders are available in various models to choose from:

These models are completely insulated to absorb high temperature and are equipped with an additional chain pulley that helps in easy loading and unloading.

We offer an assortment of inspection spreader that is pneumatically operated and while precuring, the process inspection of the tyre case is very essential. These inspection spreaders enable us to ensure the detection of ply separation, fabric injury, broken bead wires, weather cracks, and hidden particles in the tyre case.
