Established in the year 1992, we are an eminent manufacturer, exporter and supplier of quality knitted garments for men, women, kids and infants. With the ever changing trends of fashion industry we have created an image hard to replace. Our high market credential is evident from a turnover of 37.50 millions achieved during the year 2006-2007 which is continuously increasing year after year.

We are located in Tirupur; this region of the country produces 60 percent of India's total knitwear exports. Knitted garments account for almost 32 percent of all exported garments from India. Our group concerns Vee Ess Exports, Vee Ess Knits and Vee Ess Vari India have also assisted us in making our mark in the international markets. The considerable investment in ultra modern equipment made by us has ensured that we have not been lag behind. We have procured many new equipment, which is augmenting our position in developing knitwear.


	Product Profile All our products are well crafted in a manner to provide our clients with the most comfortable clothing with an extremely trendy look. All our attires have excellent stretch-ability which forms an excellent drape. Our knitted garments consist of Ladies Night Suit, Mason Pocket Tunic, Camisoles, Kids Suit, Kids T-Shirt, Kids Night Suit, Kids Rompers, Boys Sleep Suit, Mens Night Suit, Mens Polo Shirt, Mens Hooded Tshirt and Full Sleeves T-shirt and have various patterns and multiple colors. We ensure that all our garments are qualitative and have certain features like: Washability Colorfastness Softness Durability Breath-ability Comfort We also make sure that our clothes do not cause any sort of allergic reactions to the user’s skin and therefore natural dyes are often favored by us. We label all our garments that describe the size, fabric used, washing and ironing instructions.

	Infrastructure We have wide manufacturing facilities located in the area of 8000 Sq feet which is well equipped with a large number of sophisticated computerized machineries. Today, there has been a tremendous change in technology. Different yarns and knitting needles are used to produce various types of garments, by giving the final piece different color, texture, weight or integrity. We have carefully picked up high efficiency machineries like Cutting Machine Single needle stitch machine Flatlock Machine Overlock machine Button hole / Kaja machine Metallic button machine Vacuum iron Chest printing machine We have a production capacity of producing 5000 pieces per day, 1,20,000 pieces per month. Our other departments like knitting, embroidery, dying takes care of other process of manufacturing a garment.


	Quality Quality is inseparable from our garments, before they are finally packed in the pallets to deliver; they pass through tough tests like: Colour fastness Printing Unevenness Dimensional accuracy Foreign fibers The raw material like yarns, threads, dyes, colours etc used in the production are thoroughly inspected at the vary time of procurement. Also, if any garments are found to be faulty, they are removed there and then and ensure that they are not delivered to the client under any circumstances. Our severe quality tests are performed thoroughly on all the garments to make certain that they are without any faults.


	Customization We are capable to tailor the garment as per the need, tastes and preferences of the client. 	Warehouse We have invested in the warehousing facilities required to meet the supply chain needs of today's fast-moving fashion industry. Our warehouse is an indispensable part of us and has an area of 2000 SQF; it helps us to deliver our garments at the right time. It is well connected with roads and the port which makes it an all the more imperative for the sourcing of products. Our warehouse is well equipped with loading docks for the loading and unloading of the goods and also all the garments are securely looked after and placed in racks as per various sizes and patterns.

With a lead time of 45-60 days for domestic fabric and 120-150 days for imported fabric our products are delivered within the stipulated time frame.
