We manufacture and supply PVC films / sheets as per the specifications IS: 2076/1984. These films and sheets are available under the following categories:
I. PVC Printed & Plain Sheeting (Normal, Opaque & Transparent): These sheets are manufactured in the thickness of 0.08 mm to 0.25 mm in plain and in various printed designs in glossy / satin finish. Normal Standard width is 1.35 mm or upto 1.83 mm and the packing is 50 / 100 mtrs roll. This material is used for general purpose like table cover, lining and other industries as well as house hold use.
II. PVC Opaque / Transparent Sheeting: It is available in the thickness of 0.10 mm to 0.50 mm and width upto 1500 mm. These sheets are normally used for making stationery, photo albums, infant wear, shower curtains. These are available in plain, embossed & printed. The roll size is 50 mtrs.
III. PVC Plain / Printed Sheeting (Rainwear Quality): It is available in standard thickness of 0.175 mm and 1.40 mm or as per buyer's requirement in the width upto 1.83 mm. These sheeting are used for making Rain Coats etc. The roll size is 50 intrs.
IV. PVC Films (Tape Grade / Electric Insulation): These are manufactured in the standard thickness of 0.09 mm or as per buyers specifications. The standard width are 1.32 mtrs and can make upto 1.83 mtrs in roll length of 100 mtrs. It is used for making adhesive tapes / insulation tapes.
V. PVC Films (Toolkit Grade): These are manufactured n the thickness of 0.20 mm to 0.50 mm and width 1.35mm to 1.83mm and in roll length of 50 mtrs. It is used to making Tool-Kit-bags.
