Hydraulic Cylinders are used for movement of heavy objects, clamping of object with higher forces, with a very compact in size. Jigs, Fixture, Special Purpose Machines, Robotics, Material handling Equipments, Earth Moving equipments, Core clamping in Die casting Industries are some of the areas, where hydraulic cylinders are used.

The company manufactures cylinders ranging from 40mm to 300mm bore. The company can supply cylinders up to 2500mm stroke. Turcite slide rings are used to reduce movement pressure of cylinders. Rod seals, Piston seals and Wiper seals can be offered in Viton also.

We also make cylinders suitable for water glycol as fluid media. Bajaj Auto Ltd., Paranjape Autocast Pvt. Ltd. are our main customers for water glycol cylinders.

Utilizing our rich technical experience and a team of diligent technocrats, we develop Threaded Neck Mounting Cylinders. The cylinder body is case carburised, hardened & ground. The threads on neck (mounting area) are toughened. The cylinder rod is manufactured in case carburised steel. The rod is hardened & ground. Metallic piston rings are used as piston seals. For rod seals, chevron packing is provided as per BUSAK LUYKEN /MERKAL standards.

The cylinders are available with bore 50mm, 63mm, 73mm, 80mm, 100mm, 110mm& 125mm only.

The maximum stroke of the cylinders will be 250mm.

These types of cylinders are mainly used in pressure die casting for core clamping. The cylinders are the modified version of BUHLER standard.

The toggle type clamping cylinders are specifically developed for Godrej Appliances, Mumbai. The hydraulic cylinders are mainly used to clamp the objects rigidly during its machining operations.

The cylinders are compact but double acting. Compact cylinders for component clamping are also undertaken.

Some of the times the customer requires to have a special mounting style. We design and manufacture the cylinders as per the customer’s requirement. Stainless steel cylinders in food and pharmaceutical industries is a specific example of this. Selection of seals as per cylinder application and the environment, is our speciality. Combination of Neck mounting and Tie rod type construction is another example. Mechcutter India, Indore, is our major customer for the same. We successfully developed and supplied 3 sets of cylinders to Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune and 1 set to Godrej & Boyce, Mumbai., which are one to one replacement of Italian cylinders. We recently developed cylinders at par with Japanese make.

The unit is a special purpose shock absorber testing equipment, design, developed and supplied to 512 Army Base work shop of Indian Defence. The unit tests the shock absorbers of battle tanks after its overhaul. Calculating the bump on the battle field, the shock absorber is pushed and pulled in just 0.2 seconds for its 90mm stroke. The unit observes the load analyses during its compression and reverse conditions. To observe the same in such a short period, a data acquisition system is developed. The system collects 20 different observations during its forward stroke and 20 in its return stroke. The observations are stored for every coded shock absorber. A print out of these observations is also possible because of its computer recording.

Hydraulic Power Pack is a device which generates power to actuate the Hydraulic application. We design and develop power pack as per the application of the system. M.S. Tank with powder coating on all its surfaces is one of our power pack features. Yuken, & Rexroth are the manufacturers preferred for their hydraulic units like pumps, flow control valves. Direction control valves, pressure relief valves, pressure reducing valves, proportional valves etc. Hydac is preferred for their accessories. Siemens, Bharat Bijlee, Crompton Greaves are preferred for their Electric motors. So far, we could get an opportunity to manufacture 30 H.P., 2 station power pack.
