An annual sale of the group companies for the year 2007 – 08 was Rs. 300 crores.

We have plants in Pune, Silvassa, Pithampur and Jammu. All the plants have state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Our quality systems comply ISO 9001-2000 standard and the plants are ISO 9001-2000 certified.

We supply our products to many Indian and international giants such as Atlas Copco, JCB India and JCB UK, L&T, Suzlon Energy, Bobst India, Demag Cranes, Wipro GE, Airtel, Reliance Communications, BSNL, Vodafone, Idea Cellular, etc.

In 2007 we started a Company named Flair Technologies Limited in UK mainly acting as a marketing arm of Veena Industries for UK and European market.
