| Deodorizing Plant Deodorisation is the final step in the vegetable oil processing in an oil refinery. Refined and bleached oil is stripped under high vacuum to make the oil palatable by removing the odiferous compounds from the oil. In addition to this, deodorisation reduces the color,decomposition of oil,peroxide value,trace metals etc. . Veendeep supplies robust and well designed tray type multi stage deordoriser vessel. It is continous type and can deodorise oil upto 500 tpd. Salient features of the process are : - Heating and cooling the oil is done under vacuum ensuring high quality and no side products.
- Efficient heat recovery of more than 80% ensuring low energy consumption.
- Shallow bed design for intricate mixing of steam and oil.
- Efficient scrubbing of the fatty acids for low carry over to the hot wells.

Solvent Extraction Plant We are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting Solvent Extraction Plant that is used for oil extraction from edible and non edible oil bearing materials.
Veendeep uses the most modern technology in designing the entire plant.
The oil is extracted by using food grade hexane as the solvent.
The Solvent Extraction Plant consists of mainly 3 different stages:
Seed Preparatory
Solvent Extraction
Meal Treatment/Bagging
The main Solvent Extraction is sub divided into the following stages:
1.Extraction of Oil from prepared raw materials
2.Desolventisation of Extracted Meal
3.Distillation/Evaporation of Hexane to recover Oil from miscella
4.Condensation of Hexane for recylcing
5.Final Solvent Recovery.
The crude oil obtained from the Solvent Extraction plant is then further treated in Veendeep's Vegetable Oil Refinery Plant to obtain high quality,odourless oil of International Specification. | |
