This line is basically suitable for producing canned products viz. canned beans and canned pineapple slices.
The cans are seamed using the seaming machine & the process can be either semi-automatic or fully automized.

Coarse Pulper |

| This machine is meant and designed for the extration of the pulp from fruits & vegetables such as Tomato, Mango, Guvava etc. The system comprises of two beaters. The special design of the beater blades give a better cutting and beating action. The beater blades shall be mounted on a rotating shaft. The whole assembly shall be enclosed in a stainless steel sieve. The pulper has an inclined design in order to ensure that there is smooth product flow and no accumulation of the product inside the pulper. | |

| The purpose of his machine is to to preheat the corse pulp coming out of the corse pulper at about 70-80 Deg. C before it enters to finisher. By doing so, the process enhances the yield of the final product. The machine shall consist of inner stainless steel tube. Inside the inner tube shall be fitted a slow moving rotor. The purpose of this rotor shall be to agitate the product continuously inside the tude and increase the heat coefficient point of the product. On the outside of the inner tube shall be provided a mild steel steam jacket. | |
