Elevators |

| The purpose of this elevator is to pick-up the cleaned vegetables & fruits from discharge point of the inspection belt and to feed the same to next equipment. The belt of the elevator shall be made of food grade modular belts fitted with cleats which prevent the material from falling back. The elevator structure is fabricated out suitably of square section of SS. The elevator shall be accompanied with feed and discharge hopper. | |

Inspection Conveyors |

| This collection in inspection belt conveyor is also used as trimming table for vegetables. It consists of a three-way conveyor with waste disposal chutes. The same shall be made of square section profile of SS. The conveyor belt shall be white food grade PVC with fixed slow conveying speed. | |

Waxing Conveyors |

The machine shall be fitted with series of different rollers. Initially about 16 nylon bristle rollers shall be fitted. On the top of these rollers shall be fitted sprinkle nozzles.First the fruits shall come in contact with cleansing chemical. This shall be sprayed on the fruits with the help of a suitable pump.
As the fruits travel further, the same shall come in contact with a heavy water jets spray. The purpose of this water spray shall be to remove the cleasing chemical from the surface of the fruits.
Next fruits shall come in contact with sponge rollers. The purpose of these sponge rollers shall be to remove / soak the water from the surface of the fruts. Under each sponge roller shall be fitted, an idler roller with scrapper. These idler roller shall be exerting the upward pressure on each sponge roller. Thus squeeze out the water being carried by sponge rollers. | |
