Pea Podder
The Pea Podder is used to depod the Pea Pods. The beater blades within the equipment are used to open the pea pods without damaging the pods. To improve the yield of the machine a recovery drum is used to extract the leftover peas.

| The purpose of this elevator is to pick-up the cleaned vegetables & fruits from discharge point of the inspection belt and to feed the same to next equipment. The belt of the elevator shall be made of food grade modular belts fitted with cleats which prevent the material from falling back. The elevator structure is fabricated out suitably of square section of SS. The elevator shall be accompanied with feed and discharge hopper. | |

Recovery Drum |

| The recovery drum is an auxilary part of the Pea Podder. It is basically used to improve the yield of the pea podder. It increases the efficiency by more than 15-20%. It consists of a cylinderical frame with pores inside. The drum keeps on rotating on its axis & the pea grains are dropped below. | |
