| | Compact Band Filter Our compact band filter is designed for coolant filtration of fluids. The filter paper is held between a pair of sealing discs and a permeable support belt. The fluid when passed through the filter paper leaves the dirt on it, which receives finer filtration. Its mounted on the tank and lets the filtered fluid in the tank. When the filter paper chokes, the fluid level above the filter paper rises. This activates a level switch, starting a drive coupled with the rollers, supporting the permeable support belt. This ejects part of the dirty filter paper & dirt to the bin, further pulling in clean filter paper from the roll. This is highly beneficial in the filtration of coolants in grinding, honing, gun drilling & component washing applications.

| | Magnetic Separators We manufacture Candle Type Magnetic Separators suitable to handle fine ferrous dirt from large coolers. Latest technique is used to manufacture and fabricate these type of magnetic separators. An infinite length of belt carrying magnetic candles are dipped in the dirty coolant tank. It is dipped to an extent such that the coolant enters the core of the tank. The coolant is allowed to flow slowly over the magnetic candles leaving the ferrous dirt on its surface. The belt is then programmed to pull out the dirt laden candles and rotate them at the top to remove the dirt which is then transported to a bin outside the tank. This type of Separator is extremely useful in rolling, grinding, and wire drawing machines.
