We produce the casting from 1 MT / Pcs of cast iron casting & up to 500kg / Pcs of SG Iron/ Hi – chrome castings.

Testing Facilities

Chemical testing
BAIRD, USA make Optical Emission spectrometer, supported by a fully equipped wet analysis laboratory.

Mechanical testing
Universal Testing Machine of 40 Ton capacity, Impact Testing Machine, Hardness tester is available for mechanical testing.

Metallographic testing
Metallurgical Microscope with photographic attachment & Image analyzer software is used to examine the microstructure.

Non Destructive Testing
Ultrasonic Testing facilities are available for UT quality castings.

Sand Testing
Modern facilities to check green sand strength, moisture, hardness etc.

We have developed Radiography & Ultrasonic Quality of Critical shapes SG Iron casting & successfully supplying to Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd, Hyderabad
