Established in the year 1984, Vel and Sons is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company, which offers end to end solution for Pressure die casting of Aluminum components and Zinc components. Our products are engineered to precision and have impeccable dimensional stability. These products are extensively used by automobile manufacturers, filter (diesel, oil and air) manufacturers, textile industry, electrical industry, home appliances, agro engineering product manufacturers etc.
Based in Coimbatore, the casting hub of India, we have an ultra modern manufacturing unit. We even have a team of qualified professionals and trained workforce, experienced enough to handle any type of casting requirements. Our Technical division is supported by a technical adviser, having an extensive experience of 35 years. He has undergone special training in Buhler – Switzerland for die casting.
Today, our consistency in delivering qualitative components has led us to emerge as the most preferred casting unit of the industry. We offer products in standard as well as customized designs that enable us to successfully meet the requirements of domestic as well as overseas clients.

Die Casting Components
We offer strong and efficient Aluminum Die Cast Rotors for use in electric machines. We develop and design energy efficient rotors that offers longer motor life. Our rotors are made up of two parts - stators and rotators. These are available in various sizes as material specifications and are offered at competitive prices.
Aluminum Components
We offer Aluminium Alloys, which find application in diverse industries like automobiles, engineering, etc. With higher electrical conductivity and their corrosion resistant properties, these products can be rolled, stamped, drawn, spun, roll-formed, hammered and forged into a variety of shapes.
Zinc Components
We offer Zinc Components, which are considered to be cost-effective. These components are extensively used for high-load and low-speed applications. We manufacture these products in different composition, grade, shape, dimensions and at industry leading prices.

Infrastructure
Our modern infrastructural set-up allows us to meet various requirements of customers. We are well-equipped with latest machines like tool designing & development, casting, machining, surface treatment, finishing, assembling and packing, all under strict vigilance of experienced quality controllers.
We also have fettling facility. The latest machinery helps us in global scale of operations, beside this, we have in-house hardening facility which helps us in manufacturing quality products in the bulk quantities.
We also have an advanced tool room facility that enables us to manufacture dimensionally accurate components of various types in different weights.
