We are high pressure die casters for quality Aluminium Pressure Die Castings, we are the larges manufacturers of Die cast rotors in Coimbatore, meeting the quality standards of automotive, textile, electrical, home appliances and agro engineering industries. Vel and Sons is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company and a registered unit under SSL employs a set of trained operators, diploma and graduate engineers to look after production, quality and other related activities. Vel and Sons team is promoted graduates who have a cumulative experience of 20 years. Vel and Sons team is thoroughly conversant with the quality requirements of Aluminium and Zinc alloy manufacturing.
We cater to various customers like automobile manufacturers, filter (diesel, Oil and Air) manufacturers, textile industries, electrical industries, home appliances and agro engineering product manufacturers, etc. Our equipments and skill level are capable enough to produce quality high pressure die cast parts in Aluminium and Zinc alloys. We have fixed contract arrangements with machinery maintenance experts to take care of preventive and periodical maintenance of our plant and equipment. We are supported by vendor tool rooms for manufacturing and maintenance of the dies.

Quality Policy
Our quality checks are stringent, hence our supply of castings are sound and free from defects such as material spec, parts spec as per our customer requirements. At present we out source component machining to fulfill total solution supplies. We have plans to expand and equip ourselves. Projected plan completion is by the end of the year.
We are supported technically by our technical adviser who is trained by a Swiss sponsored institution in India for tool making and also having had special training in BUHLER -Switzerland for die casting. Around 35 Years of his experience and services will help us to sort out all related areas of tool making and die casting, round the clock.

Testing
We have Q.C Room with all related measuring instruments to inspect castings as per customer's requirement. CMM and Alloy Testings are supported by the professional company who are also ISO Certified.

Fettling Facilities
We have separate trained work force of men & women's taking care of our daily fettling activities in a separate in-house unit under our control.

Machining Facilities
Conventional Turning, Drilling and Tapping Machineries are installed in-house. CNC, VMC machining are out sourced.
