Infrastructural Facility
We are equipped with advanced infrastructural facility to devise standard and custom configured spiral bevel gears, straight bevel gears, racks and sprockets, and others. Our heat treatment unit ensures induction hardening, liquid nitriding, gas carbourising, salt bath hardening of our components and gears. We have the capability of manufacturing an efficient range of spur, helical, gears in maximum 30 module and up to 3,800 mm diameter and Internal Gears with internal diameters up to 450mm and in 6 Module.
Presently, we are manufacturing gears and precision components for BHEL, BDL, NMDC, HWP, Krupp Industries Siemens and others. |

Our full fledged design and production department is equipped with imported machinery for gear hobbling, shaping, chamfering, grinding, testing and heat treatment and are manned by qualified and experienced engineers. Our design engineers work on latest CAD systems to keep ourselves updated with the prevalent trends in gear applications. |
