Our range of “Venom” shuttering ply has been provided with extra density, which makes it an extremely strong and durable product. Manufactured from veneers of selected hardwood, the film face shuttering ply provides high levels of stiffness and strength. The veneers are bonded with high quality phenol formaldehyde resin under controlled temperature and pressure. This provides us with a BWP bond, which is highly resistant to cold water, boiling water and sudden changes in weather conditions.
We ensure that none of our ply has any gaps and each individual ply is coated with a layer of resin, which makes it resistant against moisture, termites and prevents the ply from swelling when a heavy load of concrete is poured over it.
Our range can be repeated almost 50 times over, which makes it one of the most economical choices. We offer our ply in 8x4 feet and in the thickness of 12, 16 and 19mm, but we are also capable of providing customized solutions to our clients. Clients can also avail these ply in weights ranging from 23kg to 30kg, 34kg and 38kg. The film face shuttering ply finds application in the construction of dams, bridges, over head tanks, high rise buildings, malls, for building tunnels, heavy structures and in the making of slabs, ceiling, columns, shuttering
