Our father Late N.G. Maliye started manufacturing activities of valves in way back in 1974. After merging two old companies, we started manufacturing valves under VENTIL brand since 1994.

On date we are suppliers of valves to prestigious customers like, B.H.E.L., N.T.P.C., Nuclear Power Corporation, M.I.D.C., Various state water boards etc., through Kirloskar Brothers Limited. Pune and Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Kirloskarwadi. Also we are exporting our valves through Kirloskar Brothers Limited, Pune for their various overseas turkey projects. We are supplying above valves for various private lift irrigation projects and various industries as their O.E.M. supplier.
