We offer precision engineered cuplock, used in building and construction industries. These are multipurpose scaffolding system which can be used for oil forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries. Vertical cuplock are also available, to suit propping and access applications economically. The connection points are made at 500/100 mm vertical intervals for maximum utility. The lower cups are welded in position and the upper movable cups are retained fy fixing it. The verticals are drilled for the fixing of SPIGOT joint. To restrain the the upward forces a bolt can be used if required. These are available in different sizes ranging from 3000 mm, 2500 mm, 2000 mm, 1500 mm to 1000 mm depending on the requirement of the customers. Our cuplock are successful as they lie in the node point of fastening method. The horizontal can be fastened at one time making a rigid connection. The horizontals bear directly on the verticals and are firmly clamped by the action of the cup with no loose parts. The rigid node point allows high horizontal load experience with a 57kN leg load. This is a multipurpose system which is used for ploslermg, supporting structures, for lift machines [Hoist) etc. This systems Has horizontal and vertical members.
