TAC Contracts Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 2 September 1997. In early 2002, Mr Charlie Teh formed a partnership to introduce the "TAC System Formwork" with a dedicated management team of specialist designers, engineers, project managers and production experts. As a result, the company, TAC System Formwork Sdn Bhd an associate company was incorporated as the marketing arm to further enhance our service to our client. The "TAC System Formwork" is a fast track, cost effective, formwork building system that has been widely used in the construction industry since the late 1980s. It has successfully completed projects all over Malaysia.
The new business venture features TAC System Formwork Sdn Bhd as the design and manufacturing arm, and focuses on sales of TAC formwork equipment, while its associates company, TAC Contracts Sdn Bhd renders services on rental, supply and fix aspects of the business.
The system is a 100% home-grown building technology that has been designed to suit Malaysian as well as Asian building industry. Unlike other existing systems, the TAC System is flexible, lightweight and suits all building types without the need to rely on heavy cranes and other heavy construction plant and equipment. In view of its speed and quality finishes, the TAC System has been found to be very suitable for the construction of high-rise apartments and low-rise houses where there are many repeats to a layout.
This is particularly attractive to the developer of the project as the savings in time means substantial cost savings. Since its introduction to the market about ten (10) years ago, the TAC System has won the confidence of many developers throughout the country.
