Deinking Agent For Waste PaperItem Code:VERPAPFDI Deinking Agent for Waste Paper is an extremely powerful agent, which is used for removing various inks, (black/colored) from cellulose fiber without damaging its chain structure. It also helps in preventing redeposition of ink on the cellulose fiber due to its emulsification power. Moreover, due to its ability to de-ink imported waste paper as well as local waste paper effectively, it is highly demanded among our clients.
Specification: - Appearance: Light yellow clear to opalescent liquid
- pH value : 10.0-11.5
- Total solids : 19± 1% w/w
Application: - Recommended to add 0.2 to 1.0% on the weight of the pulp in the pulper for loosening the ink and separation from the pulp fibers
- Added in Hydrapulper or Breakerbeater along with other chemicals like caustic soda, sodium Hypo chloride, sodium silicate, Hydrogen peroxide in required concentration
- Percentage of above chemicals depending upon the type of waste paper, type of loading ink characteristics
Factors influencing deinking operation: - Concentration: Concentration of the pulp in pulper should be up to 10% to 15%
- pH value: pH must be between 8.5 to11.0 of the slurry
- Temperature: The Temperature of the pulp can be minimum 550C and maximum 600 C
- Washing: Washing must be good and thorough
Packing: 50 kgs. carboys and 200 kgs. drums
Storage and Handling: - Stable under normal conditions
- Non toxic

Paper Coating ChemicalItem Code:SF300 Formulated using quality ingredients, we provide Paper Coating Chemical, which is also called Gloss Agent. It is used for surface coating, waterproofing of paper & board articles and others, this agent is non-ionic and stable to alkali. This coating chemical reduces 25% ink consumption and gives excellent print gloss.
Dilution: - It can be easily diluted in cold water
- 5Kgs.of this chemical may be diluted with 5Kgs. of water i.e. 10 liter of solution will be 150 GPL – strength
- This concentration can be varied to suit mills convenience
- Solution should be passed through a 40 mesh wire cloth while adding
Specification: - Total Solid at 1050 C :30 ± 1%
- pH value: 7 ± 1
- Shelf life: 90 days
- Appearance: White liquid
Application: - Being Non-ionic and stable to alkali, it is perfectly compatible with coating mixtures based on casein in and / or Synthetic latices such as Butakens
- Imparts luster and slight water resistance to coatings
- Should be added after addition of pigment along with the coating solution
- Dosage depends on quality of paper
- Normally its consumption is 5% on pigment (for Duplex Board) and 2% on pigment (for quality coated paper) or depends on the required Gloss, SOA (Surface Oil Absorption) & smoothness of paper
- It also increases whiteness & improve printability of paper & board
Packing: 50 Kgs. HDPE Carboys
Storage & Handling: - Storage must be in covered place & avoid direct sunlight
- Non toxic

Calcium Stearate DispersionItem Code:VERCOATCS235 Calcium Stearate Dispersion is a chemical, which is suitable to be used in synthetic lattices, casein or starch coatings. It is instrumental in preventing dusting problems at the super calendars and reducing fluff problems during printing & slitting operations. As super calendaring can be omitted in various grade of paper (like Duplex Board), this dispersion helps in giving fine finish with machine calendars.
Features: - Gives better finish to coated paper
- Improves flow and leveling characteristics and making smooth application
- Improves printability and appearance of coated paper/board and reduces cracking problems
- Gives better gloss and smoothness
- Has negligible effect on the viscosity of coating solution
Specification: - Composition: Calcium Stearate dispersion
- Appearance: White liquid
- pH Value: 9 + 1
- Shelf life: 120 days
Application: - Can be mixed directly with the coating solution at any convenient point in the preparation of coating solution
- Must be added after cooking the starch if starch is adhesive
- Dosage depends on quality of paper
- Normally its consumption is 2% to 5% on the weight of pigment
Packing: 100kgs. HDPE Carboys
Storage & Handling: - Storage must be in covered place and avoid direct sunlight
- Protect against low temperature in storage
- Carboys should be kept tightly closed when not in use to avoid evaporation losses
- Non toxic
