Finishing Agent (VERSHINE)Item Code:DRA333 Finishing Agent (VERSHINE) is a specialty chemical, which is used in paper industry. With the dispersion of fibers, it gives better sheet formation and is useful for M. G. machine. Moreover, it is highly reliable in reducing dusting and fluff on the paper machine, during conversion. In order to provide soft bulky handling of the paper, it helps in reducing the tackiness and plucking on the M. G. cylinder. Dilution: - It may be easily diluted in cold water
- Before its addition, it is advisable to prepare a 20% concentrate solution in water
- Addition must be in four parts and water should be added in to chemical
- Solution should be passed through a 40 mesh wire cloth while adding
Specification: - Appearance: Cream colored pourable paste
- pH value: 7±1
- Dilutability: Dilutable with water in any proportion
- Shelf life : 180 days
Application: - To the stock suspension brings a better dispersion of the fibre
- This promotes a more uniform sheet formation
- It is absorbed by the fibres and gives a soft bulky handle and smoothness to the paper and the machine speed can be increased
- Because of the antistatic effect, processing difficulties can be reduced
- Can be added to the machine chest or before the head box where through mixing with the stock suspension is ensured
- It should be added after addition of optical brightener, dyes, dyefixing agents
- Dosage depends on the effect required and on the quality of the pulp
- Normally the dosage should be 0.2% to 0.8% on dry paper basis

Felt Cleaning AgentItem Code:FELTEXLD Felt Cleaning Agent (Versatile Felt Cleaning Agent Free from caustic) is a highly powerful detergent. It is especially prepared in order to meet the varied requirements of paper industry. Instrumental in cleaning all types of felts – synthetic (100%) and blends (synthetic & woof), this type of agent is soluble in cold water to make a clear aqueous solution.
Specification: - Appearance: Colorless liquid
- Ionic nature: Non-ionic
- pH value: 10.5
- Density at 200C: About 1
- Solubility: Readily soluble in cold water
Application: - It may be applied with a concentration of 100 gpl to150 gpl
- Can effectively removes oil stains, fillers, fines, bitumen, sizing chemicals, alum, grease, pigments, dyes insoluble salt and other residues from felt
- Being free from caustic, felt life is also enhanced & frequent cleaning can be avoided resulting in to reduced machine down times
- Can be applied as a continuous or periodic wash:
- In case of continuous spray, it is normally applied directly on the machine felt while the felt are in use
- In case of periodic felt, cleaning FELTEX-LD can be applied alone or along with caustic soda in required concentration and ratio

Cross Linking Agent (VERPAP)Item Code:AZC We offer an extensive range of Cross Linking Agent (VERPAP) that is insolubilizer essential for coating and surface sizing formulation. Being an effective cross linking agent, it is primarily suitable for various types of paper and paperboard applications. Cross Linking Agent is formaldehyde free, fast curing and reacts with hydroxyl & carboxyl groups. During the printing process, the wet pick propensity is decreased with its improved water resistance of the coating. Specification: - Total Solids Content: 20 ± 1
- Ionic nature: Anionic
- pH value: 10 ± 1
- Solubility: Completely soluble in water
- Shelf life: 120 days
Application: - Recommended dosage is 2-7% on total dry binder content
- It is based on carbonate so pH of coating solution before addition of VERPAP-AZC must be higher than 7
- Should be always added as the last ingredient in the coating solution, after adjusting the PH of the coating solution to 8-9

- Protect against low temperature in storage
- Carboys should be kept tightly closed when not in use
