The various machines installed at our manufacturing unit:

. Fully Automatic Injection Moulding Machines - 3 Nos installed in enclosed cabin provided with air Filters to control particle matters below 10 microns. The products are moulded from their respective moulds as per the orders and schedule.The machines are operated round the clock by skilled Operators who are trained for In Process Control Checks.

2. The pouch packing of the Droppers is Is done in a dust free air conditioned section by motorised impulse sealing machines . The Product is then finally inspected and packed in requisite nos by electronic counter and is ready for movement.

3. The entire facility is maintained as per the GMP Norms advised to us from time to time by our esteemed clients.

 

In addition, we have a separate advance communication facility, which helps us to keep in contact with the other entities in case of any problem.
