Vetcare operates from its Corporate Office situated at Bangalore and all its production facilities based at Bangalore and Noida. In addition, the company has Seven Regional Offices and depots located at many agri-business centers to cater to the diversified needs of customers spread across the length and breadth of the country.

Vetcare entered into the joint venture with Provimi, Netherlands in 1999. Provimi has been a European market leader with an annual turnover of Euro 1.6 billion with 100 plants in 30 countries and it employs over 9000 people among which over 600 are scientists.

Our R&D Lab

Our in-house R&D department is equipped with advanced testing equipment and are controlled by experienced engineers. At our R&D unit, we examine each processed nutritional product before it gets dispatched from our factory premises. Being one of the few counted names in India to offer best animal nutritional food at our R&D, we continuously upgrade our products' tastes by checking the proper composition of various ingredients.

Our Processing Unit

We believe that our success directly depends on proportion up to which we process our animal nutritional products. It is because of this reason we make it our mission to promote our solutions by adopting some of the best process techniques. Being a quality driven firm, we are facilitated with world-class processing spray drying process. It is a multistage process that produce protein encapsulated fats using liquid fats and liquid milk products.

We implement four-stage solubility-enhancing process that enables the milk replacer to mix more easily with water, and fat prilling, where liquid fats are spray cooled to produce beadlets. We are also facilitated with several drying and evaporation technologies as well as processes to concentrate the protein in whey through reverse osmosis and ultra-filtration.

Our Integrated Facilities

Storage Unit: We are equipped with capacious hygienic warehouse that facilitates the storage of voluminous stock of animal nutritional products. Our warehouse is also facilitated with advanced machineries where hygienic features like temperature & humidity are controlled by special device. In addition to this, our storage unit is also provided with 24 hour on-site security and hence ensure that high percentage of orders are fulfilled in very short time.

Packaging Unit: We are also provided with in-house state-of-the-art packing unit, where all our products are packed after stringent examination. All the basic packaging related check ups are done at this stage and thus assured that goods dispatched are 100% defect-free.
