Our professionals work in close coordination with clients to know their aesthetic tastes and accordingly source the range from leading manufacturer and vendors. We inspect the soured range as per AOL standard to ensure high quality standard in our range of readymade garment. Adhering to stringent quality objective such as sampling coordination, price negotiation, factory evaluation, final inspection before shipment and shipment coordination, we have attained total satisfaction from client side.
With the support of our joint venture production unit, we have the provision to design bulk range of readymade garments during emergency time. Our entire range is well packed in recyclable poly bag, HIP hanger and export worthy carton boxes, heat sealed taped without metal clips to assure clients safe delivery of product range. Our entire range of readymade garment is inspected on following stage:AQL - AOL standard is used for final inspection such as: - 0 critical defects
- 2.5 major defects
- 4.0 minor defect
Online Inspection:The main aim of online inspection is to assure that the making and measurements of our product range is done as per client’s requirement. If any discrepancies occurred at the time of production, our technicians along with our production department will submit an action plan to the vendor in order to help them in attaining quality product. Initial Inspection:The purpose of this inspection is to check the quality of raw materials at the initial stage only. Final Inspection:The aim of the final inspection is to check the packaging of our entire range and ensuring safe shipment of our range of readymade garment to clients. Warehousing And Packaging Facility
We have spacious warehousing unit that enables us to stock our range of readymade garment safely. Our warehouse personnel keep our bulk range of mens hooded t-shirts, girls hooded t-shirt, boys shorts, girls shorts, boys nightwear, girls nightwear, mens nightwear, women nightwear, mens t-shirts, boys t-shirts, women t-shirts, girls t-shirts etc., in an organized manner to ensure easy identification and retrieval. The warehouse is segregated in to several sections for easy accommodation of our range. Further, to ensure complete safety of our garments, we have following facilities in our warehouse: - Fire fighting facility to handle emergency situation
- Facility to protect the garments from rodents, insects, dust, sunlight and moisture
