Vibratory Finishing Machine

STD Model:- unmanned seperation is not required for bulky and heavy parts. So there is no screen and flapper in the bowl. Operator can easily remove parts by hand.

Small & medium size parts in large qty mix with media need unmanned separation. RD bowl has inbuilt screen hinged with flapper. In reverse cycle, part & media climb on inserted flapper & proceed on screen. Media fall through the screen in bowl itself and parts exit from the screen. Reverse separation possible for small & delicate parts.

This Machine is for stain free drying & buff like polishing of parts after debarring & Finishing process. After wet process component need post treatment of drying to prevent it from oxidation. Corn is used as media which get heated by heaters inbuilt in the machine. The Bowl has helical shape dish by which continuous cycle and 100 % separation of parts is possible.

VIBRo make vibratory dryer with electric control panel, model with auto component discharge. This Machine is strongly built with extra fabrication on bowl, higher hp motor & heavy duty springs to withstand four times heavier load of steel media as compare to ceramic media.

This machine has rectangular Tub in which large and long parts like marine shaft, engine body and big tiles that can be processed effectively without damage. This machine is required where round tub vibro machine is not suitable. Steel Media burnishing possible on this machine.

In conventional deburring process such as chamfering, belt grinding, counter sinking etc. Which again creates new burrs, while in vibratory finishing removes the burrs and impart a consistence finish on parts and components. In addition to the deburring process sementenosly vibratory finishing can be utilize for the different applications as preplating finishing, brightening, smoothening, polishing, burnishing, edge radiusing, de-rusting, fine mark removing, cleaning, de-scaling, de-gressing, deflashing and micro finish improvements.

Vibratory deburring machine contains a metallic bowl in which media, water and finishing compounds are added. The bowl is mounted on specially designed springs and the above assembly is mounted on sturdy frame. Inside the bowl, a special heavy duty vibratory motors is mounted which has eccentric weights on both the ends of the shaft. The inner portion of bowl of vibratory finishing machine is lined polybutadiene rubber (PBR) to prevent inside portion of the bowl from wearing out during processing. Hot-casted polyurethane lining is the best of all due to higher wear resistance and 4 to 5 times longer life compared to rubber lining. The components having oil on surface, like sintered components, synthetic rubber lining is offered.

Vibro offers special heavy duty series of vibrators to achieve mirror finish on ferrous as well as non-ferrous components. The specially developed steel media and polishing compounds are used to achieve highly glossy surface and mirror finish.
