We provide Magnetic Grills, which are fabricated using quality stainless steel tubes. Every tube has a line of permanent disc magnets that is specially designed to generate high magnetic forces. These tubes have a diameter of either 1 or 1.5. These grills can be made as per custom design.

We export Over band Magnetic Separator or Over band Self Cleaning Magnetic Separator (OBMS) that is manufactured using powerful permanent magnets. The magnets are used for removing magnetic parts from the flow of raw material passing through the conveyor belt in production line. This separator is provided with short centre conveyor belt driven by double pulley belt drive to remove collected tramp metal from the magnet face. Our self cleaning magnetic separators are mainly installed above the conveyor belts or vibratory feeders. The over band self cleaning magnetic separator and suspended magnets can be developed with electro magnetic system.

We manufacture Magnetic Pulley that is used for continuous and automatic removal of tramp metals from the raw material processing area and wherever the rubber or canvas conveyor belt is used.
