Bowl Feeder

We offer superb quality bowl feeder ranging from a small 200mm. diameter bowl to 1000mm. diameter bowl in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel. It is created in spiral fashion so that the components placed on the bowl which is fixed to the vibrating unit start moving round and round.

At Vibro Techniques, each bowl is designed and manufactured according to customers' needs to give proper orientation and trouble free service. It works on D.C. pulsating supply obtained from converting 230V.A.C. single phase by the use of rectifier or thyristor circuit and each unit is supplied with a control panel to supply D.C. power to the vibrator and control the feed rate.



Vibratory Feeder

We at Vibro Techniques, also manufacture electromagnetic vibratory feeder that consists of a tray made of mild steel and a body housing the electromagnet. The tray which is connected to the armature of the magnet vibrates as the magnet get energized. Its vibration sets the material in motion and help in the controlled flow of the material. Made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting, it is very useful in plastics, rubber, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass and other allied industries.

It can be supplied from few grams to 100 tons per hour capacity and can also handle slightly wet material. It can operate at 230 Volts A.C. single phase system, while its bigger model having beyond 100 T.P.H. can operate at 440 Volts A.C. single phase.

We also offer vibrating table, that consists of solid base plate and a vibrating top. Its top platform vibrates at 3000 vibrations per minute through an electromagnet housed inside. Supplied with a control panel, each table supplies pulsating current to electromagnet and also controls the amplitude of vibration. Its control panel operates on 230 V.A.C. single phase and is highly useful in several industries :

• For testing of welded joints in automobile industry.
• For testing of delicate joints in electronic industry.
• For effective packing of fluffy and difficult to handle powder in chemical & pharmaceutical industry.

For easy, efficient, economical movement of sticky, stubborn, hard-to-handle bulk materials in bins, hoppers and chutes. The compact design assures simple, uncomplicated installation. All models are easily and quickly installed, singly or in groups on bins, hoppers, etc. ... all are built with weather and dust resistant housings at no extra cost. Can be easily mounted for free of product by vibrations like Parabolic Hoppers, Rectangular Hoppers, Rectangular Bins with Hopper Bottom, Cylindrical Bin, Conical Hopper

High amplitude characteristics of the BH industrial bin vibrators enable the vibrating energy to be transmitted in the capacity required to overcome the strength of the bulk material involved in a bridge (arch) or a rathole (pipe) inside of a bin or hopper. Other advantages of high amplitude, linear vibrators include low utility consumption and minimum bin wall stress.
  • The energy generated by the vibrator can be directed normal, or perpendicular to the flow of the bulk material to address a specific material flow problem. The vibrator energy is used very efficiently to reduce the sliding friction angle of the hopper and to overcome the the strength of the bulk material in the hopper.
  • Vibrators that generate linear vibration do not develop high shearing forces at the bin wall. This allows a simple, more direct approach to mounting the vibrators and causes less stress to the bin wall
  • Linear vibration is ideal for driving vibratory feeders and compaction tables too.

We also manufacture electromagnetic vibratory screen that consists of a perforated sieve tray made of mild steel, stainless steel & a body housing the electromagnet. Its perforated sieve tray which is connected to the armature of the magnet vibrates, as the magnet get energized. Its vibration sets the material in motion & give the controlled flow of the material.

Made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting, the perforated sieve tray is called screen deck. This vibrating screen works on standard frequency of 3000 vibrations per minute with maximum amplitude of 1.5 mm. to 2 mm and for special application 1500 vibrations per minute or 6000 vibrations per minute can be supplied.

Available in different sizes depending upon capacity required, it can handle slightly wet material. It can also be used for screening and grading of material by fixing a screen deck over the housing of electromagnet. Highly successful for screening free flowing material, as the use of mechanical parts, etc. it can be operated at 230 Volts A.C. single phase system.

We are also proud to state that we are one of the few counted names to offer motor vibratory conveyor that consists of a horizontal tray made of mild steel or stainless steel. This horizontal tray is fixed to the frame, and the vibration is produced by two special unbalance motors which are fixed on either sides of the tray.

The complete assembly of tray with motor rest on a set of coil springs so that, no vibrations are transmitted to the stand and ground. As the Motor starts, the vibration sets in motion and further help in controlled flow of the material. The motor operates at 400/440v 3 phase A.C. system at 1440 RPM. It is highly useful in plastics, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass industries.

It consists of a perforated sieve tray made of mild steel or stainless steel and is fixed to the sieve body. Mounted on a frame, it start vibrating as the motor starts. Its vibrations give the controlled flow of the material. The housing of the motor is in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting. This machine is highly useful in plastics, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass industries. It is also available in different capacities depending up on type of the material required to be handled.

We also offer motorized spiral conveyor that consists of a number of spiral trays which is made of mild steel. Its main body attached with vibrating motor which is connected to the the upper spiral tray body, start vibrating as the motor is switched on and sets the material in spiral upward motion. The body housing of the motor is totally enclosed design to prevent dusting. The motorized spiral conveyor screen works on standard frequency of 3000 vibration per minute with max. amplitude of 1.5 mm. to 2 mm. depending on the size of the screen. It is mostly useful in plastics, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass industries.



Impact Type Vibrator

The electromagnetic impact type vibrator consists of main body which houses the coil. The coil is fed with pulsating current that sets in the vibration. The amplitude of vibration can be controlled by controlling the input voltage. The vibrators are easy to install and use and need no maintenance. The intensity of vibration can be varied if needed by providing regulator in the control panel.


Application: Vibrators are used in various industries.
  • For inclined discharge chutes to produce an easy flow.
  • For rectanguler or cylindrical bin with centre discharge.

  • For effective packing of fluffy and difficult to handle powder in chemical and pharmacuetical industry.

  • For proper flow of material in conical shaped hopper.


Capacity:
  • The vibrators are made in various power ratings ranging from 25 Watts. to 500 Watts. It is important to use the vibrator of correct rating.

  • The vibrator model depends on the wall thickness of the hopper.
  • The design and the capacity of the hopper determines the number of vibrators to be used.

  • When more than one vibrators are required to be installed on one hopper, they should be connected in same phase.

  • All the vibrators are designed to operate at 230 Volts. A. C. single phase system.

  • The vibrators at higher voltage can be manufactured on request.
  • Each vibrator will be provided with a control cabinet to convert A. C. to pulsating D. C. except model SDV-1
