R. Vijayakumar, B.Com, FCS is a Non¿Executive Director and is placed at Bangalore. He is a member of ICSI and has vast Industry experience over a period of 16 Years in various Industries and has occupied managerial positions in LMW Group, Timken Engineering & Research, Jockey and Denso Kirloskar. He has handled Public and Private Placement Issues and is specialized in Security Laws and Compliances, Preparation of Transaction Documentation, Analysis, Negotiation and Settling of Terms in respect of various Property Deals. Preparation, Scrutiny and negotiating terms contained in Shareholders & Share Subscription Agreements, Corporate Legal & Financial due diligence.

P. Eswaramoorthy, B.Sc, ACS is a Non¿Executive Director and is placed at Coimbatore. He is a member of ICSI and has vast Industry experience over a period of 10 Years in various Industries handling Secretarial, Legal, HR & Admin. He is specialized in Corporate Laws and consultancy in Economic laws, Liasioning with Government Departments, Registration of Trademarks, Brands, Copyrights, Patents and Designs. He has been instrumental in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various Companies in particular to MSMEs. He has appeared before various authorities viz., Income Tax, Sales Tax, DGFT, STPI, PF, Customs, etc. He has wide knowledge and experience in the area of Accounting Standards and is a Regular speaker in various programmes and also given guest lectures on topic of academic and professional interest and also authored Articles on varied subjects

G. Vasudevan, B.Com, ACS is a Non¿Executive Director and is placed at Coimbatore. He is a member of ICSI and in the field of practice for more than 10 years, one of the Vibrant and enthusiastic Practicing Company Secretaries in Coimbatore and has more than 10 years of Industry Experience. He is specialized in Company Law and Foreign Exchange Laws and drafting of various documents including Employee/Employer Agreements and other business Contracts, Corporate Restructuring, Registration with SEZ., STPs and other Special industry incentive schemes in India. He has devised Business Plans in particular to MSMEs. He is a Regular speaker in various seminars and study circle meetings and also given guest lectures on topic of academic and professional interest and also authored Articles on varied subjects.
