Our Infrastructure
In control from start to finish. One major factor that sets us apart is the control we exercise in the entire production process. In fact, we are the very few to exercise this privilege, right from the raw material to the finished product. This unique factor gives us the ability to consistently meet the customer expectations and the dynamics of changing home fashion.
Cotton cultivation, ginning, spinning, dyeing, weaving and finishing are completely controlled by our unique production process. Seamless integration of all the processes and online quality control at every stage ensures confidence to handle any challenge the future may bring.
Our infrastructure incorporates the strength of an integrated production model. The raw material is sourced from the contract farms based on the requirement or imported if need be. Finer cotton varieties of various origins like Pima of US , Giza of Egypt , Ranel of Uzbekistan and DCHof India . We boast access to a dynamic stock of 4 to 5 containers of cotton that could be readily spun to various counts of yarn in the mills. The mills produce quality counts of coarse 40's to fine 140's.
The production facility includes a yarn spindlage of 500,000 and a multi process facility of 250,000 meters of fabric per day, the weaving accounts for 70000 meters of woven fabric in the 500 loom state- of- the- art weaving facility producing various fabric widths up to 140” (350 Cms) approx
Special processes like Scovering, Mercerizing, Singing, Sanfrising, and treatments such as fire retardant, stain free and wrinkle free etc., are some of the processes done in our production units
