 Introduction Established in the year 1999, we - Viision Auto are ardently engaged in manufacturing and supplying automobile sheet metal press parts, tools and components, sub asseblies and nonferrous i.e. Aluminium & Bronze sand & gravity castings. All the products are manufactured at our unit based in industrial hub of the country, Pune.
In the year 1999, we developed tool room, and press shop where we handle progressive press tool, automobile press parts, subassemblies. In the year 2007, we came up with casting shop which specializes in aluminum and bronze sand casting and gravity die casting. We have emerged out to be pioneer in the filed. For efficient production, we have fully supporting tool room facility with experienced team for design and development of the critical components. The entire activity is monitored by trained & motivated workforce.

Product Profile
At Viision Auto, we provide the most qualitative range of progressive press tool, precision injection mould, jigs & fixtures and automobile press parts and sand & gravity aluminium & bronze castings. The range includes sheet metal parts, credit card tools, auto components, lever, press tools, bracket assembly, assembly parts, wheel base and machine coupling. There are certain features which our product has which makes the range demanding in the industry:

All the products are manufactured using the most premium quality raw materials. We use raw material like sheet metal of steel,copper, brass, aluminum, bronze castings and others. Quality Compliance
Though all our products are ISO certified but we provide instrumental checking done from our end. For our entire product range, third party quality checks are also been carried out. After the third party testing, quality certificate is provided with the products as well. |

Manufacturing Facility
We have a well managed manufacturing unit which is spread to an area of 6000 sq meters. here we have all the facilities which are required for qualitative production. From latest technologies to advanced machines, we have everything.
* Modern machineries - Tool Room Setup
Other than the above, we have measuring instruments and all other tool room equipments. At our design unit, we have softwares which include UG, AUTOCAD. These computer facilities help in better design development. Further, following are the presses we have and their respective capacities and further our furnace capacity:
* 22Ton, 30Ton & 30 Tons High Speed Presses with Auto Feeder & De-coiler ,
* 150Ton press, CO2 & Projection welding setup.
CASTINGS -
• Furnace capacity: 300 KG i.e. 1ton minimum Daily melting capacity.
* furnace capacity : 100Kg specially for bronze castings |

Customization
We manufacture the products as per client's requirements and specifications. Based on the drawings, we bring the modification in the products. All the products are customized on the basis of their design, shape, sizes, dimensions and other related parameters.
All the drawing and specifications are well studied by us and implemented in the right order. We assure that our range comes as more qualitative once modified. |
